I always do my best and treat my customers the way I'd hope to be treated if I were calling in for something.

battleop join:2005-09-28 00000	I've come across some good bell techs but I have come across a lot of bad ones. It seems that older bell techs are the ones that will try and help you. The younger ones are the one's that generally follow the "It's not my job" motto.

Many of the newer ones fall onto the numbers treadmill way too early and fail to realize to slow down and learn is more important than trying to “make it” month to month. Wayne -- If you cannot fix it with a buttset and some beanies you ain't a technician.
