| [Connectivity] modem drops and says receiving
hi, last week and last night my motorola SB5120 modem just drops connection, and says receiving for like an hour and wont let me hit the power button on top.
these are the lights on the front, Power - Receive - Send - Online - PC Activity - Standby.
normally they are all on except the standby light, and last night it drops and says Power - Receive(Flashes)
unplugging it doesn't do anything cause it just goes back to what ever its doing, it took over an hour last night and it came back online.
I have a 24" imac what program can i use to log whats going on? Thanks guys |

| reply to prelude42 12am to about 6am is the usual the window time when maintenance takes place.
Have you tried calling a CSR and asking them if there is scheduled work being done?
Last week's 20 minute outage could be the reason it went down for 1 hour last night.
I'm just trying to stay optimistic |
