They have to be fetched from wherever they are to your box so you can see them. This applies to browsers too - they can fool you into thinking that those small gifs and emoticons are only on the server, but all the images you see in any Web page are first downloaded to your TIF folder.<br><br>That's the way it works.]]></description>

It is somewhat of an agent clone in looks but does a few other things I like. It will do binaries and yEnc natively but I prefer Newsleecher for that. It does have an internal image viewer also.]]></description>

And no, it will not let you view images.<br><br>Try Xnews.  No nzb support, but otherwise the best gui along with in-program image viewing.]]></description>
