torrent program run as a service

JoelC707 : I've dug around and see there are a few requests for this but don't see any action from it. I want to be able to take a torrent program such as Bitcomet (it's what I current;y use, doesn't have to be that) and run it as a service instead of manually launching the program. My goal is to be able to run it on a local service since there are a few here that download and each of us opening up torrent programs is not ideal. If I can get it to run as a service and still have access to the GUI I could have a single running copy and let everyone use it. Sounds like a good idea but I haven't found anyone who offers it. Any ideas?
