Since your upload speed is intermittently slow, something could have happened to the TRIA. However, WB says your SVT looks good, so it is difficult to say. It is possible the 30V output of your power supply, which is used by the transmitter, could have been damaged by the power surge. It could be something in the gateway too. Yours is a tough nut to crack.
--
Value Pack, beam 31, Riverside gateway

bryaninmaine : hey guys just had a few questions. i had wild blu installed in april of 08 and for the last month or so i have been having some problems. i cannot surf even thought the modem is synced(second light solid) if i reboot the modem i can surf for maybe 5 to 10 minutes then i am unable to surf again. when i am able to surf my upload is terrible 40 mbps. i have tried new ethernet cables , diffrent computers and still the same thing. i called tech support and they told me my readings were all in the green and to call back when i was having the pronlem again. so i called back last night and they told me i had two ip addresses and that they were removing one of them, then they told me to reboot and i did but it only surfed for 5 minutes again then nothing even though the modem is synced. the second light is solid. any ideas?

thanks for the help
