need to run a new inside line strictly for the DSL and have them install a NID and splitter. this will eliminate the other inside wiring and solve some issues. but at 22k feet, you will likely never be perfect. -- Lack of Preparation on YOUR Part does NOT Constitute an Emergency on Mine!
