Re: Need some basic Cisco education First thing I'd do, is backup all of the configs if that's not already being done. If you make a mistake, you can always go back by reloading the config.
I know that doesn't help as far as getting training, but you'd be surprised what you can learn from the configs.
I'm currently reading the CCNA Study Guide by Todd Lammle. So far it has helped me. Maybe you could start there.
