bill of 289.34 is wrong- lawsuit against bell?

in july i got my phone deactivated by a third party with no authorization
total with taxes 195.00
expressVu 230

NOW
the remission of the deativation fee of 173 ( they are ewffectively stealing my tax money )
and still waiting for the promised 240$ expressVu credit
( 5 weeks now )
i am told i should get lawyer and sue for misrepresentation
which also is a class action lawsuit should it be so moved.
i have been in hospital so far due to this and i am not going to bother much more ...let the lawyers do it.

take 195+240 =435 -425 = 10$ credit to me
then i was told by expressvu that all i would owe this month was 22$

the phone got reactivated with one week before end of the month.
again i have signe dup with tsi and if i get canceled i will be suing and add the restart fees i had to pay to get my internet access

the storey is long ans full a cheating lying and fraud on bells part.

My health failing i will and am forced to defend myself the only way left to me , with lawyer.

A) i only want a phone with bell
B) Expressvu now says due to me canceling account that i am not getting the 240 $ credit and that if i want it i have to reactivate the expressVu account ( extortion anyone)
2 months no service and you didnt send a guy out to fix it and you want me to pay for that ( the 240 $ credit i am told is regardinghte free pvr rental for 2 years at 10$ a piece- odd bell giving me money up front and that 240 is about 2 months of the service and for last 5 weeks none of them told me this.
Now i have been in hospital due to hydration and a hemrhoid bursting(it bled for 6 days). Now they will cut my phone off and if i have a issue i could die. Thanks bell.

And you think rebranding can fix this BS.
If this doesn't get fixed i will go the litigation route.
I have had enough, my health before internet, before phone before any of this lying and cheating.

Just imagine your grand mother or buddy this happened too.
WELL im tired and sore time to lay down , guess even after the expressvu BS now you all know they will try anything to weasle you.

Why are you even argueing about this?
Who asked for deactivation?

If *YOU* didn't ask for deactivation AND if you pay your bills on time, they should fix it and give you either a credit if you keep services, or a cheque for all you paid in extra. But you shouldn't pay for somebody else's mistake but yours... except if you're specifically annoying when you call customer service.

By the way, congrats, you're the living proof that bell's customer service makes you feel ill.

ya drink water while bell keeps me on a pay phone for deactivating it wrongly in 1st place, and in fact at that temperature with pain medicine i could have it injected non stop into me and it would still not help. Ask a physician if you think i lie. Obviously you think i lie.

2nd its not just hydration you moron , movement also then comes into play and standing in 40degree heat trying to find out why your phone is deactivated by a 3rd party who had no authorization got me this response

"knowingly or unknowingly made a mistake"
the whole thing now will get a legal representative to do the talking for me.

Also regrading the hrdration issue i am sure my doctor would also like to tell you that pain medicine also dehydrates someone. AND if i did not have to go through this i would not. Having to take more pain medicine due to the pain of all this etc....
So what the above people are really saying is Screw you pay the extortion fee.....

A) i have complained to CRTC try that when they deactivate your phone...
B) i tried contacting the liberal MPP no good either
just passed the buck to the MP who told me to go talk to the crtc.

The crtc pointed that if i dont have a phone call the executive care centre who btw require i have a phone number to get back in touch with me ( yup complete failure time here and all you can see is the bleeding ass) how about the milage a guy in my condition had to do while all this went down that ISNT SUPPOSED TO BE DOING.

C) i even when after 4 weeks a this constant BS got the deactivation fees back and during this whole time was supposed ot be getting a 240 dollar expressVu credit now the expressvu welches after all that thus leaving me with abill for services i didnt even have.....

D) they (expressVU are trying to extort me :
if you reactivate the account we'll give you the 240$ credit
HUH wtf

E) the reason i had the phone reactivated is bell telephone, the credit services and everyone else in the parking lot (laughs) was told by ExpressVu i was getting that credit.
its a 25$ a month phone i have had since march
with the credit i owe nothing.....
think 2 months a non service at 125$ a month
they tell me they are charging me for it now that i am canceling, on an account that on the admission by them in February that they had breached my account they were to close that account and didn't.

They have then tried to give me early termination fees and even continue to bill me internet fees since march when i am with tek savvy

when they finally remitted those fees back in april then went after an expired credit card knowing they should not be having those fees.

the number of people that say one thing do another is funny as hell.
And you need ot record this stuff and as i am now in process of doing file a civil lawsuit for misrepresentation.

It is not my problem that BCE can't do simple arithmetic.
It is not my problem they lie cheat and attempt to steal off cripple people.
It is my problem when they do it to me.
And i can directly say that if i did not have to stand there and make all those calls i would not have this medical condition so in a sense YES bell literally has become a real pain in the ass.

It is like a stop sign at a cross roads, before its there someone has to get hurt or die before someone realizes that something has to be done.

What possible advice can the above guy give i have done everything, EVERYTHING i can.
They want a lawsuit.
They can have one.

P.S.
You dont go around telling people you owe someone 240$ and then not pay them.
BAD and Stupid.

Also the non remission of taxes on credited deactivation fees is what exactly tax fraud?
wonder if revenue canada might not want to look at BCE's last reported actual income a little closer to see how much of that 330 million in profit is stolen tax money that should not have been charged.

HEY HOW ABOUT actually living up to contracts and stop lying on the phone, and trying to cheat people for there cash.

oh and all last month expressvu said only charge id get this month was 22$ then it would get deactivated.
instead they charge me full rate , and welch on the 240 credit.
apparently when you sign up if they charge you for the 2nd pvr they are supposed to credit your account with this miraculous 240$ credit ahead of the game
i think we all should sign up and get the 240 $ credit 2 million people at once
can they give us all 480 million
nope and thats never been how bell does anything its conveniet that they try this BS.

Man, you've talked about suing bell so often and for months now. Please post a thead once you've retained a lawyer and filed a lawsuit and have a docket number on the public record you can point us to.

and no i havent talked about suing bell up until i got back online recently i did however say i had some rather interesting evidence regarding them trying certain BS on me , if that is not what this forum is about then please tell me.

Sharing problem experiences and ways to protect yourself should be the goal of every person on the net.

When the account in question was originally created i was very ill ( winter is hardest on my back injury)
my kind father decided and did get me my own internet and phone with his credit card ( a 3 year plan required a credit card ) as it was 5 megabit unlimited oky doky they say.
I had the B number and all the stuff for it, in effect the card was just to get the account setup.
it after a year with never late or payment issues ( i made the payments except for one which i paid him back)
the credit card expired and then bell wanted a card on the account to keep it activated.
I went down to money mart and got a mastercard
that simple too
you put cash on it and thats that.
then i moved to peterborough
Had a 160 gb drive sitting on desk ( stupid where i put it) and it vibrated off and wrecked , i went back and got 84 GB of the 160 that had been on it.

The following day got a call (16th november)
telling me from this slick person how he saw i could only get 5 megabit and that my line could get 7 where i was( never authed an account or contract change) assumed it was just bell being nice ( not knowing this site or anyone else having issues) and making up for hte speed diff.
What i get then is 3 weeks constantly being lied too and asking why i had 30Kbytes speed.
Finally someone in an office even agreed it was odd that a person would download 84 GB then request a 60GB account, it got fixed a week then back to the capp and so it went, on they even threatened ( audio video recording i have of this event shows me downloading ebooks with utorrent from a legal site) while they tell me the govts new law would prevent me using utorrent(copyright bill had not been released and they are right so bell and corporates are being privy to the new law before the citizens of canada)

THEN the same person that started all this( now in february) comes on and we exchange that perverbial ( this is being recorded BS)
that he states "BELL IS NOT GOING TO HONOR YOUR CONTRACT PERIOD" (emphasis mine) , to which my response is "OK then cancel everything and note as you admit to breech of contract you cannot penalize me with any termination fees"

THEY DID NOT CANCEL AS I UNDERSTAND IT NOW FOR ONE.

Following day phoned up and asked they give me a phone ONLY, even received a new one year contract that technically was breached recently again( see later )

NOw in all this imagine the number of fraking calls.
The stress associated to it having a back injury like i do.
ok now i sign up for TSI internet ( march)
get my 1st bell bill (should just be a phone)
and here they are trying to charge me internet, to which i tell them NO you admit breach , i canceled the contract thusly as you have altered terms of service and instead of suing i choose to leave that contract without penalty.

april
they of course take that internet charge back and instead hit me with these 2 odd 30$ internet charges and early termination of 100$,
i play someone at bells office the recording they get recorded again admiting to breach and argue over those two internet charges and cave in eventually.

HERE COMES THE FRAUD ON MY FATHER.
one lil thing i forgot when i used my credit card for the account and his credit card expired he was ill , they also changed the FULL name of the account to my FULL name.
no need for dad as i was fullfilling that end and up till then this was ok.

What does bell do after they admit they should not receive those charges. credit my bill and then go after that expired credit card that my dad after getting better must have renewed. except they ding him even more, 209$ (oddly exact amount i know also owe( seems quite odd they try and leave us both stiffed with the exact amount)

Anyhow the bill is in my name his card had expired and it was credited to me, they after 5 days admit they errored again and then tell me to tell him to do a take back for his credit card to which he tried and still can't get his cash back.

With all this bs going on in a contract WOULD YOU PUT CASH ONTO THAT MASTERCARD?
HAS BELL SHOWN IT CAN DO ITS FUDICIAL DUTY IN THIS CONTRACT?
HAVE THEY SHOW HONESTY AND INTEGRITY?
IS THERE FRAUD HERE?
recently to protect himself my own father had to phone up ( june29th) when after two months a trying to get bell expressvu canceled or fixed and them still charging the full rate [ and they just stated that even if the service doesnt work they are still owed for it]
he called up saying he was me using the original credit card and id and had to then claim to be me and had the phone deactivated cause he was not wanting bell to bother that card anymore.
SO i get stuck with a phone getting deactivated that i didnt want deactivated , and said if he has all that rights and power then change the account back to waht it should be and he can pay the deactivation charge ,
I got them to admit "that we knowingly or unknowingly made a mistake" and my dad did not have that authorization nor should his credit card be bothered as it was and hte account was 00% mine, i then had to argue for a week about getting the deactivation charges back 73$ and then for another week to get my taxes on it back.

During this whole time expressvu knowing id cancel then promised to get it fixed and get me a 240$ credit, cancel the service on august 9th and send out boxes ( stil lhavent got), now i get a a bill at what time a the month and no credit
after talking to expressVu all i am getting is 80$ for rental of a pvr that they should not have charged me even though i had no service for two months and they dopnt care and have charged me for.
I said when i got the phone hooked up that id not make a post like this again if all went as planned ( 195$ in deactivation fees returned and the 240$ credit )

in fact what disturbs me the worst is that everyone on expressVu should go and do is ask for this 240$ credit WHY?
cause as this bell guy said, reactivate your service and we'll give you the credit.
extortion?
and upfront? seems bell expressvu has enough cash to out it which is an odd business practice.

bell really is a pain in the arse(laughs)

and to the people above you need ot read what i say.
The police followed me at 4am to the highway where i was going to hitchhike, sat there and watched me for an hour until it started to get light where i might get a rid and then came over and told me hed give me a 500$ fine for being there, hardly a conspiracy theory just a cop with no donut money and someone to harrass.

so to cap things up
when you breach a contract
sue the bastards
leave contract
----do not get penalized for leaving it.
----do not get overcharged for services you aren't using
----KEVIN KRULLS email addy i notice none of you left it easy to find for me.
perhaps as one lady who called me to day who got justice with bell i'll do what she did, start mailing executives at bell.
maybe send some of these audio recordings along , if one falls out of the envelope , don't balme me for a breach of the privacy law of canada.
Interesting that as soon as i get mean and nastey with bell i get a lot a things solved.

From what i read above nothing in my claims is false i have all the records and proof and remember my own father is part of it and people that live here want him to come forward too. HED BE ABLE TO NAIL THEM FOR FRAUD.
They know it. He being a 25 year bell customer now isnt one.
I was also one prior to this acocunt as well. Never had issues. IT was good until november of last year.

YOU NEVER HERE BAD THINGS WHEN IT ALL GOOD.

BTW if my claims are also false bell could sue me for slander and liable. Notice they aren't.

YOU can say i lie but can you find someone who can prove i am lying? GO for it.

ALL i want is a phone and TSI internet( BEST VALUE FOR THE BUCK)

I told bell to not call me until monday as i awaiting response from a lawyer. I WILL keep you all informed and if i must ill file a suit myself, get lawyer later ( that 5 megabit tsi space might become the donation area).

I in fact just want to be left alone but if people want to pester me and rip me off and my family then i will fight with all means available.

And try actually reading it.
The fact is this is what bell does to people and i would like them to stop putting people through. It represents a few hundred calls as well. This above is for the intelligent a synapsis.

Maybe if it happens to you eh....sighs oh how the kids hath not the wisdom to see the errors of the way.

no i did not, and as such i do not think that you in fact can or are willing to help anyone, as such , i will follow the advice i was given and on monday , go pick up the court forms and then have to find a way to file them ( thats the cost)
after hearing that this account should have been canceled and they didn't and then charged my fathers credit card that was the advice of a lawyer.

TAKE BCE TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT.
