I hope Apple does not take a RAZOR to their customers.

Shortly after Cingular introduced the Motorola Razor, customers began to complain about problems with their handsets. It was determined that there was a hardware problem in the Razor. A local Cingular dealer advised me that Motorola/Cingular would not replace the defective handsets even though they knew they were defective. I hope that AT+T/Apple does not treat customers with defective handsets the same way.

There is simply too much "buzz" from all over the world (different providers)- take the phone back if you can without penalty!
