I don't think they should get money back. I think they should have set tiers like cell companies use. You get to pick what you think you will use and if you constantly use under then maybe you should switch to a smaller plan. |

HAH. If I were you and that remains in the TOS, I'd sign a couple year contract then let them know you won't be paying your bill. After all, you are guaranteed 5GB free a month. Since thats the cap, there is no need to send them anything. |
