kudos:2 | If you'll look at the chain of this thread, I'm commenting on the CWA's choice to highlight medical records and patient monitoring as "needs" for significant broadband overhaul. Hospitals, clinics, and other medical institutions should already be using business class service which is relatively easily upgraded as demand warrants. Nowhere have I said anything about VoD. |
