Re: Need some basic Cisco education said by tekmunki: get a Cisco support contract, they are pricey but can generally walk you through almost any configuration over the phone. Especially this -- if they won't pay for Smartnet then look for somewhere else to work! They will literally walk you through configuring telnet and "config t" type stuff if they have to. You can even open a case for a general question even if nothing is broken. |
