If you are going to give a fixed price for a cap, and charge overage, then those who go under should see their money returned. I'd bet this would put a quick end to this shit. Either that or customers should demand exactly what frontiers TOS offers its customers. I want the 5GB free service no more.

In my area, frontier, did not invest $$$ into network infrastructure. Commonwealth telephone/Epix, already made the investment of installing RT's. frontier upgraded nothing. Corporate greed putting its best face forward.
