They tried to compete with Comcast's digital voice by all the sudden one day putting out ads that said "Qwest digital phone".. and then all the sudden it's "Qwest Fiber Internet"... This is one time I will honestly say that Qwest is on it's last leg.. it can't continue to survive in the markets it does.. many of them have either Comcast or Cox as competitors and they're both wiping the land with Qwest.
