Did you ever use VoIP? If so, your router may be the issue. Try hooking the modem directly to the computer, and run some speed tests like that.
If it is the modem, Tier 2 usually just have to send an updated config file, and reset the modem. Shouldnt take more than 10 minutes. |

Yes, I do have VOIP, Vonage. From what I'm told the BEFSR41 can't handle these speeds on it's internet port. |
