| I Phone, like an Apple that has passed through a Horse. Looks like the Apple/AT+T mob is posturing to do nothing about the problem. The easiest solution is to claim that the malfunction is normal. Cingular/Motorola did nothing about a hardware problem with an early Motorola Razor model, you know when they cost around $200.00 with a Two Year Contract, even though they were aware of a problem. A local Cingular Authorized Dealer that I did business with was caught between his customers and Cingular/Motorola with no offer to replace defective handsets. The C/M Mob sent the dealer a letter that claimed the problem would only occur under very specific circumstances and the majority of users would never experience the problem. Luckily I was not affected because I used Sprint. If there is a problem with the I Phone 3G Apple should replace them. |
