Speculation from analysts is worthless. Yes, I'm sure Infineon would have sold Apple an obviously subpar, unfixable chipset, and Apple would never have noticed. And that based on apparently no evidence at all.

If Ny Teknik's source is right and the problem is antenna matching, then it's a simple fix -- but one which has to be done in hardware.
