Out of proportion

I've purchased 10 of these devices for folks in my company... not a single one has problems. It doesn't handoff between 3G and EDGE very well, but neither do our Blackjacks, Treo 750s or Tilts. That is clearly a network issue, one that ATT hasn't fixed in 2 or 3 years; clearly, they aren't interested in fixing it.
