I'm only guessing but your logs indicate that Qwest did not recognize the HTTPC response value "000FCC-142863860144" for the TR-069 challenge. This is part of a method to provide a config from an Auto Configuration Server (ACS) to the client CPE.

motorolla 3347, every couple of hours, my internet light shuts off and i lost my connection, really sucked when ur tryin to play on xbox live to be gettin disconnected so often, really startin to piss me off
