| I can't find where on the website to download. I checked the downloads and it is not there. When I click on the powermail on the front page there is no option there either. |

The Signature Message Screener uses the name notify.vm.sunrocket.com by default in order to connect. It looks like that domain name is no longer active which is making the Signature Message Screener fail to connect. After poking around the Teleblend site for a bit I came across the domain name www33.teleblendnetworks.com. So I decided to do some experimenting and found that using the name notify.vm.teleblendnetworks.com in the Signature Message Screener settings allowed to connect!
Looks like Teleblend forgot to address one more issue in the process of phasing out the Sunrocket name.
Edit: I just noticed that clicking on the tray icon will still take you to the old address (that is inactive) so it wont work for quick access to your voice mail which means it's pretty much useless except to inform you that you actually have a voicemail. |

Thank You very much for helping me. The Message Screener is now doing what I want it to do. I really appreciate your assistance.
I felt like I was really asking alot of the TBSupport1. They gave me a bs answer in hopes that I go away. They know darn well that there was NO WAY to download that program. I am going to have get rid of this service because the support is just NO help.
Looks like you know more then TBSupport1. I wonder if there are other providers that offer this feature. |

| Signature message properties show the company info as uReach. uReach has a free download of a program called uscreen. I found after setting it up it will take you directly to the login page of teleblend voicemail. I have not figured out yet how to login directly without adding the password but the application works. |

1. Sign in to your account
2. Click the Voicemail tab
3. Click the View Messages link for your mailbox
4. Click Downloads on the left hand pane |
