| Customer service is usually great at a NON-UNION company.  I wish VZ wireless would fix the VZ FIOS billing issues. So much for "union" labor being "superior."

I have had no issues with Verizon, they even waived my ETF when I cancelled my air card. Never dropped a call due to their network (I drop calls when I'm at work, but only when I am in the center of the first floor lobby). I agree that others are total suck though.

I can attest to VZW having good customer service, though I have never had a problem with AT&T Wireless either (I have both). |

I have texting turned off on all lines and still there seems to be texting charges every single month. |
