Xplornet E-mail Service Update
Please be advised of our Email Service Alert as of 3pm EST. Customers have been unable to access their email with any email products such as Outlook or Outlook Express. Progress continues to be made in restoring email access with 65% of our customers returning to service including All Webmail users. We expect 80% service restoration as of tonight at Midnight and 100% restoration by midnight Friday.
Although Webmail customers will be able to send and receive new emails, any messages previously stored in webmail will not be accessible until midnight Friday.

Your speed report sounds typical for the Kazam package. Upload speed is always slower than download...you're actually doing fairly well for upload, compared to my usual experience. |
