I don't get paper bills. There is nothing about caps in the online version of the bills, my usage page still says unlimited, and they have sent me nothing except the standard monthly message titled "Your Sprint bill is now available online" which at least shows they have correct contact info for me.

The online version of my bill is 6 pages. Page 1 says "Sprint is making changes to its policies.

I used just a hair over 5GB last month. I've been waiting for the notification, but it hasn't been in any bill, online, or anywhere else I can see.
My friend at Sprint said that in contract users that signed their contract before June 1st are grandfathered in with unlimited within reason... If they see the usage unreasonable then they will most likely just terminate your service eventually like they did with the roaming issue a few years ago

Very sly, yes, but this is also a company that got away with warrantless spying for the government.

I've used 8GB last month, about 12GB so far this month and my online account still shows "Unlimited".
If you buy broadband, you should be able to use the connection for all of the things broadband can do.

I've all ready used over 40GB for this billing cycle, and only about 5GB of it is legal torrents.
