I have an unlimited Newshosting account, and an unlimited Giganews account. I have TWC in Santa Monica, and have the 10Mb service.
With both accounts active (4 threads each), I was achieving a steady 1.2Mb/s.
However, since yesterday -- I'm now down to ~ 20Kb/s.

Nothing has changed on my end. Been with them for 3 days and so far it's been 100% stable...a big improvement from newshosting as of late. The speeds aren't always as fast as newshosting was (3300KB/S with newshosting, usually around 3000, so I can't complain.

The extra retention is great as well. All in all, I'll probably run out the month with newshosting and just stick with astraweb.
