| Question about phone service, comcast versus access one
I am deciding between Comcast Business Phone Lines Unlimited or Access One / Global Com for T1 Service.
Comcasts offer is 8 phone lines unlimited calling for 19.99 each line for the first year and then 39.95 for the second year.They are also offering 16mb down and 2mb up for 89.00 per month for the two years. In addition to this they are adding free cable for 2 years.
Access One is offer 414.00 for 8 lines on there T1 service, This is a split T1 with voice priority. This comes with a 1.5 mb download speed.
I am located in Chicago IL in the lincoln park area just incase anyone is familiar. We are a telesales based industry and is not very dependent on download speeds but more the reliability of the phones.
Please advise, I would love everyone's input, I have to make a decision by tuesday (in 4 days).

| If you are dependent on the reliability of the phones, I would recommend you ask Access One and Comcast what their SLA agreement is. Normally on a T1, the SLA will be that the T1 is fixed within 24 hours. I'm not sure if Comcast offers a similar SLA.
