| I contacted Zeta regarding getting faster connection speeds and this was there response.
"You make an excellent point regarding the recent change in definitions for the term broadband by the FCC. With the change in definitions last March, our 512 kbps offering is technically no longer "broadband". We will take this under advisement and look into possible changes to our packages.
For now, however, 1.5 mbps is the fastest that we are offering at this time.

A VERY Lame response to be sure. No reason given at all as to why they can't offer better connection speeds. |
