There is a 30ms delay in handoff from sprintlink to att.net, and then a lot of ICMP timeouts at those routers.  Is your ventrilo server on a different server?  Does it take the same route?  You are in MN, so the comments from bctrainers and zach_lloyd aren't going to be related to your issue, as they are going through different aggregators.  ]]></description>
