<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/1551963"><b>Mattie_B</b></A> : Would you care to elaborate what changes there making?  Anytime a change is made in a contract you have a grace period to cancel if you don't except the new terms.<br><br>I really hope this has nothing to do with people grandfathered in.  I will be pissed if I'll be subject to overages.  <br><br>Edit:  I just viewed my last bill online and I don't see anything regarding any changes.  Still says unlimited kilobyte usage for me.  Hopefully its just some stupid tax that's changing.  ]]></description>

Can I cancel the lines with no ETF because the terms and conditions have changed?]]></description>
