I have contacted the phone techs, no luck. <br>So as a loyal insight internet customer.(Since Sept. 1999)When my service stinks, I post to DSLReports, because at least the techs are checking here as well.<br><br>So here you go,<br>Gainesway Area Lexington KY<br><br>D/L Speeds Good         22456kbps<br>U/L Speeds BAD BAD BAD  2-5kbps<br><br>Normal U/L has been around 1300-1400kbps<br><br>I was told last night by the techs that it was on "their end", today the tech says "Rainbows and Happiness". <br><br>Obviously not on my street.  :(]]></description>
