I have contacted the phone techs, no luck.
So as a loyal insight internet customer.(Since Sept. 1999)When my service stinks, I post to DSLReports, because at least the techs are checking here as well.

Normal U/L has been around 1300-1400kbps

I was told last night by the techs that it was on "their end", today the tech says "Rainbows and Happiness".
