When Fapzilla returns this error, it means that the specified email address is not in the database at WB's server. It could be a typo (probably not in this case), WB failed to enter you email address in their database, I do not know how to correctly enter an email address for a DirecTV reseller of WB service, or you did not use your primary WB email address. Did DirecTV assign you an email address before you changed it or created another? If so, try using the one that DirecTV initially assigned to you. If you have a DirecTV customer number, similar to the one assigned by Dish Network resellers (something like "ES-123456789"), try it in place of your email address.

I did recently receive an email from DirecTV that on September 9th, they're launching a new website that is going to have all the same stuff that Wildblue.net has. Gadgets and etc. Should have a bandwidth usage meter. Fapzilla executed correctly but there was a problem on Wildblue's end which prevented it from reading Ann's FAP meter. Try putting the IP address in your hosts file. Starting from the Command Prompt, type in the following and press the "Enter" key:

cd C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\DRIVERS\ETC\

Type in the following and then press the "Enter" key:

edit hosts

Using the arrow keys, scroll down to the bottom of the file and type in the following on a blank line:

216.126.204.65 my.wildblue.net

Press the "Alt" key to activate the pull down menu. Press the down arrow key repeatedly unitl "Exit" is highlighted and then press the "Enter" key. A window should appear asking you to save the file to which you should answer "yes" by pressing the "Enter" key again.

I think you need to reboot your computer to ensure that it correctly reads the new entry in the hosts file. Go back to the directry where Fapzilla is located and try to read Ann's FAP meter again. If it returns numbers instead of "ERROR ERROR," then use your primary WB email address instead of Ann's.

You will need to get the prompt in the same location as the file. Try putting the file in the root of D: drive. Then simply type D: hit enter and the prompt show read D:. Then try running that command

In the box labeled "Open" type in "cmd" without the quotation marks and then left click "OK"

A window called the Command Prompt with a black background should open. In this window change to the directory where you extracted Fapzilla using the "CD" command. For example, if Fapzilla is located in the directory "C:\PROGRAM", type in the following and press the "Enter" key:

cd c:\program

Read Ann's FAP meter by typing in the following and pressing the "Enter" key.

fapzilla -u ann@wildblue.net

If everything works correctly, something similar to the following should be displayed:

Try those examples from the Command Prompt to verify if Fapzilla works. If not, you might need to put the following entry in your hosts file to fix a DNS error that began on Feb. 29, 2008, to make fapzilla work. I am not sure if it has been fixed yet. The entry is:

216.126.204.65 my.wildblue.net

and the location of the hosts file is:

For Linux/MAC users: /etc/hosts

For Windows XP/Vista: C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\DRIVERS\ETC\hosts
