SecureIX still working?

I haven't used it since last year but I can't connect anymore. I notice the boards are FULL of spam and the admins appear to be non-existent. Yes, I have configured my router to Enable PPTP Passthrough and my login/pass are correct. Anything else I may have forgotten or is this service gone?
