Even if you don't use it, you're using a byproduct of it.  Everyone is increasing space and offerings.  Remember when some email offerings actually cost you money? We are aware of this problem, and our engineers are working diligently to find a solution.<br><br>If you've set Gmail to always use https and you're using the Gmail Notifier on a PC, you'll need to install an additional file.<br><br>1. Double click on the notifier_https.reg file.<br>4. Click 'yes' when you're asked to confirm if you want to add the information to the registry.<br>5. Restart the Notifier.<br><br>If you decide you no longer want to use the https setting, you'll need to install the other file included in the download to reset the Notifier. All these things are coming from a few large communications companies, with the Bells being the worst offenders.<br><br>There is a growing animosity toward corporations and pro-corporation government bodies that is going to shake the whole system up.
