I wonder how the land line ISPs are planning to make money if they ban heavy users, while all their light users migrate to portable options that are more than adequate for their needs. No way people are going to keep two services forever. Eventually they will drop the land line.

Cable Modem cap = 10GB
Cellphone cap = 5GB
