Qwest

I was getting 1.2m for years. Then it went to 359k.I called and the tech came out and said that I was to far on the wire. He said that he could put me back to 256k instead of the 1.5 (Silver) that I had. I asked if there were any other options and he said that he could possibly use a Remote Terminal. He did it and now I can get 1089k download.
