Re: Centurytel is throttling speeds on Rapidshare.com ICON, I'm sure Jobe and others appreciate your assurance that he is not being throttled, I certainly do. Now we know for sure where his problem "isn't"!
However, 1 or 2 more bits of info from a RS Premium user anywhere in the US will give us info needed to determine where the culprit lies.
