I have the first gen 5200, I had the 5360 but got rid of it for the 5200 when I worked for bell since I knew some of the old secrets about it.

No they were just saying my modem was old and not able to handle the new upgrades in my neighborhood.

The lady on the phone seemed shocked when I started laughing.

I'm still using a 5360 on a 5000/800 profile and it works fine. Are these "old secrets" somethtng that I should be concerned about?
