Re: Phone call offering to replace my "old modem" I have the first gen 5200, I had the 5360 but got rid of it for the 5200 when I worked for bell since I knew some of the old secrets about it.
No they were just saying my modem was old and not able to handle the new upgrades in my neighborhood.
