[voicestick] questions about new switch

I have a vs account but don't use it because it requires an outbound proxy, so I can't use it as one of the gateways on my sipura 3000, and I can't use it with voxalot since voxalot doesn't provide for an outbound proxy.

Will the requirement for an outbound proxy disappear when the new switch goes in?

It is my understanding that moving off the Verso Clarent to the new FreeSwitch is supposed to get us main streamed.
