How is installing antisyware PLUS an AV a downgrade?You are NOT downgrading, since VIPRE is a AV + CounterSpy V.3.x ...so what you need to do is to UN-Install totally CS 3 and after re-booting your PC proceed to install VIPRE and you´ll have both: CounterSpy plus the Antivirus, all in one program.
