To get a good price with Time Warner you have to bundle cable and internet and agree to a 15 month price lock with an ETF that is charged if you cancel service or move to an area that lacks service. Cable =/= "TV".
That said, no cable company has a contract that I know of. Time Warner has NO contract for their internet, at least not out here in California. Same goes for Cox. |
