| reply to insomniac84 Re: Who will service?
When they were Bell South and I had a problem, it got fixed the first time. When AT&T took over it took 2 months and 6 visits by techs to my house for them to figure out the problem was on their end not mine. Now they want to do PC repair and home theaters? * Taps foot, scratches head*, I think I'll pass on that one. -- Two things are infinite; the universe and human stupidity: and I'm not sure about the universe. | reply to Emiya Nah, they don't even pay as much as comcast does. At least here in Atlanta they don't for Uverse installers who do the same things as the cable guys do.
I assume they would use the aforementioned Premise techs for something like this. Another low paid, mostly less than knowledgeable about all subjects (just good at one thing or another at best) they are dispatched on and likely to disappoint. |

| reply to daveberstein I'm wondering the same thing. While I won't claim to know every contractor in town, NO one has been contacted about this. Maybe they are counting on retraining line techs to install TVs? -- Intel Q6600 @3400Mhz/GA-EP35-DS3P/2x 2048Mb G.Skill/Seagate 750.10/EVGA 8800GT's SLI/Silverstone 850W/Custom water cooler |
