| Has anyone here ever used it or know someone who has? Has anyone hear ever used any of these services from any ISP that provided it. Even if I didn't have any level of technical knowledge, I don't think I'd pay for this service. From my general experience, people seem to get their computers repaired through someone in their family who is capible, or through a friend, etc.
That being said, The Geek Squad has no apparent shortage of business.
I just wonder how the quality of this service really is. If a PC is pretty hosed with infections, will the tech reinstall XP/Vista, and configure the computer the right way with the proper software and education is reinfection is less likely?
