anon : The service is done by independent techs via onforce.com - The buyer behind the scenes is a group of people in texas who used to be part of compusa, they were the field service team. They dispatched installs on onforce for CUSA and they also do all the HP field warranty work. CUSA went under but they were still doing all of the existing CUSA warranty work and all of the HP warranty work so ATT bought out that division when CUSA was closing up and they are now trying to expand it. This is part of that effort.
