I am having the same issues. I signed up through their service for internet service through Time Warner. The price that I signed up for was $14.95 but I have been getting billed at $25.95. I contacted Time Warner and they show no record of me signing up for anything other than $25.95. I believe it is not Time Warner's fault. I have contacted Whitefence numberous times for about a month and have (at their direction) faxed in copies of my confirmation and my cable bills. I have called them and was put on hold indefinitly. This is a real pain. |
