If I could tell you what I did in these, I would. I love the way they turned out. The first reminds me of space but sure started earth bound. I like the others too, but the 1st one is my favorite. |

EDIT: Thanks to DownTheShore for prompting me to do this:
1) Tone mapped the image using Qtpfsgui HDR software (Linux) and saved as .jpg
2) Used tone mapped image as background in PaintShop Pro (Windows)
3) Pasted original image as a second layer with a ~45% Soft Light overlay
4) Duplicated Background layer and moved it to the top layer
5) Applied "Black Pencil" effect to top layer
6) Soft Light transparency on top layer (pencil)
7) Flatten, resize, a touch of Unsharp Mask, border and save.
