I've had the same IP address for over 8 months and I use bittorrent.

I doubt their T.O.S. specifically points out that protocol either...

It doesn't.

It just says no servers on residential accounts. It doesn't specify or elaborate on types of servers, so I'm assuming it can mean anything that performs a server-like function. Even things which in my mind don't quite count.
