Generally I would think it's better to ask before sinking the money down, but if you're happy and you're rich and can afford such extravagence, great!

you could of got something similar for $2500-3500 building your self and of better parts | |

I have the knowledge & skills to do it, i just don't have time to though.
I own and run a bar/tavern and it's like 24/7 most of the time.
