Sue the congressmen who voted for it!

Sue the congressmen who voted for it! Since THEY are the ones who directly voted, I think we can sue them for their moronic actions. Something like this would make them more personable responsible ... thus causing them to think twice about stupidity in the future.

That sounds dumb when they merely reaffirmed an existing law[1]. Wouldn't it be better to elect representatives that will repeal the law? The long-standing law which so-called immunity referenced? [2]
