The 22" is probably running at 1680 x 1050 native resolution. You won't know until you try it, whether or not the internal video will be sufficient. You should be OK. I have a 20" widescreen at work with only 8MB video memory and it works OK.

If the on board video is VGA only then a big screen at that res may look bad. Get a video card with DVI and use DVI to hook up the display.
