Hussein is friends with William Ayers and his wife, both of whom are domestic terrorists who attacked the US Capitol and Pentagon. It is only reasonable to assume that Hussein would be sympathetic to other terrorists who have similar goals.

Even though Al Gore wasn't on the front lines I would never claim he was in harm's way. Anything can happen in a war zone.
The same is true for anyone serving in Iraq. Anything can happen at any time in such a situation. I don't belittle anyone's honorable military service, no matter how seemingly "comfortable" it seems to be.

4 edits | LOL You're Funny. Gore was Journalist in the Military, WHILE McCain's son is ENLISTED AND ACTIVE DUTY. While anything can happen, SOME THINGS and SOME PLACES pose a greater risk than others. Come back to me when McCain has his son the front line like every other normal soldier gets to experience. Until then, you make me laugh. As the article stated, they were giving him CUSHY SAFE JOBS. I think the same of most Politicians and their Kids. The thing that really is sad, is these politicians then use this to tout how their kids are serving, along with the rest of Americans. This is FAR FROM THE TRUTH.
A Soldier could be sent to the Green Zone 100 percent of the time in Iraq and be called a veteran, too. That doesn't mean he did anything more than fill out paperwork during his tour. John McCain and I'm SURE Biden's son are no more war veterans than I am for watching it happen on the T.V. or walking in downtown Detroit. These kids are getting SPECIAL TREATMENT. My Point stands. McCain is a LUNATIC whose own child is FAR FROM HARM'S way. Yet, HE ADVOCATES PUTTING EVERYONE ELSE'S CHILDREN IN IT FOR A LONG TIME TO COME. All the while his son is far from ACTUAL COMBAT AND RISK. There's nothing to belittle it's the TRUTH. Come back to me when his son is somewhere "Dangerous" beyond safe zones and I'll change my tune. |

Political zealots can always talk amongst themselves and agree on nutball accusations against whatever opponent they're trying to smear and defeat. Demonize, demonize, demonize, and congratulate each other on doing a good job of it.
But when nutball theories and accusations get spouted like that out in the general population, instead of in a closed room of "true believers", it just looks juvenile and stupid.
